Lyle Printing and Publishing selects SCS to provide an integrated, front-to-back Advertising, Production and Editorial solution

Lyle Printing and Publishing, of Salem, Ohio, has selected SCS to provide its Community Advertising System and Community Publishing System. Farm and Dairy, which serves the rural communities of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, is the company’s flagship publication.

“After much research into updating our newspaper software, Farm and Dairy decided to go with SCS because of the automation we need to produce a large volume of pages, ads and editorial content within a tight deadline,” according to Allison Davis, production manager. “We felt at ease with the great staff at SCS and their willingness to answer all of our questions and make sure the software would fit our company's needs.”

“Farm and Dairy is the type of publication that SCS’s systems are made for,” adds Phil Curtolo, vice president of sales at SCS. “With lots of ads and pages each week, we anticipate significant productivity boosts once CAS and CPS are in place.”

The installation is due to begin in the fall of 2023.
